A few simple answers

When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Apparel items are made on demand and usually ship within 3-7 business days. Handmade/custom items take longer to prepare. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
When will I receive my item(s)?
Apparel items should be received within 2-3 weeks of your order date (but in many cases you will receive it MUCH sooner). This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty/handmade, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as they take time to make. Few items may be shipping from other countries.
Where are my items coming from?
95% of our items are shipped from the USA. Our fulfillment house is located in America, and includes Apparel/printed items and handmade necklaces. Some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
