We stand behind our products. If for any reason, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your Iconic Passion products and want to return an item for a refund, we'll refund the cost less shipping. Please read exactly how it works below.

We take all the risk out of ordering by offering an unmatched satisfaction guarantee. We'll always do our best to take care of you.

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND?

Before you do, we need to provide you with a return number and address so we know to expect a returned package from you.

Please contact us for a return number and return address. A support team member will give you a unique number and address to return your order to. When you get your return number and return address please ship the item back to us in its original unused condition, (you will need to pay for shipping the item back to us). Once we receive the item we will inspect it, and if there are no issues we'll refund the cost of your order/item minus the shipping cost. 

*If your order qualified for free-shipping we will deduct the following shipping costs from your refund:

- T-shirts, and light weight apparel: $4.99/item
- Hoodies: $9.99/item
- Coffee Mugs: $5.99/item
- All other items: $4.99/item

We can't and won't accept returns for items that have been used, all items must be returned in their original condition.
