HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I RECEIVED?
Please contact us for an exchange number. Depending on your case we'll do everything we can to offer a hassle-free exchange, or, ask you to send the item back to us for an exchange.
*We cannot exchange items that show signs or wear/use, or are dirty. We will not accept items that have pet hair on them.
**Items sent back to us without a return number won't be handled correctly and might get lost.

HOW CAN I SEND AN ITEM BACK FOR A REFUND?
Please contact us for a return number and return address. When you get your return number and return address please ship the item back to us in its original condition, and we'll refund your order less the shipping cost.
